Xanthos (JC: Concorde’s Rebel)

Xanthos is a tall, eye-catching, gelding who would look phenomenal in the hunt field or show jumping ring. Xan has been started by a professional in dressage and over fences. Jumping comes naturally to him - with his long legs, 2’3”-2’6” feels like nothing! Xanthos has also free jumped up to 4’ easily. He hacks out in the field with other horses well and has no vices.... (read more) Xanthos is currently rocking front shoes, but can also go barefoot. His legs are clean and he has no known history of injuries.

Xan travelled to some small schooling shows this summer and handled himself very well; loading and unloading great every time and displaying no anxiety at being in a new arena or barn.

His ideal partner is someone experienced with green horses who has the time or means to keep him in a program. While Xan is well behaved after time off, he is green and improves most when kept in work.
