Montanza Quarter Horses breaks 2 year old colts from scratch. Our horses love their job and when done with our extensive program, they are sold extremely broke with a very solid foundation of respect on the ground and under saddle. STAR is no exception. He has been ridden and hauled thousands of miles, from the wilderness of Montana to the ranch in Oklahoma.

STAR has no problem crossing icy mountain streams or wading into the lake. Hunters, hikers, bicycles, dogs, loud passing vehicles, tarps, and gun cracks are of no bother to him.... He doesn't mind the noisy generator when tied up near it. STAR has a good gas pedal and a stops on a dime. STAR is a pleasure to ride anywhere.
