I Must Be Crazy (aka Truman) is a STUNNING black 6yr old Missouri Foxtrotter gelding. Truman is everything anyone could ever want in a horse! He has been trained by a Clinton Anderson Certified Ambassador, Summer Davis, (phone# our phone number). He has been through the complete Clinton Anderson program (The Method) with Summer. The type of training a horse gets when learning "The Method" teaches them to be respectful and willing partners for whatever discipline you choose to pursue!... (read more)
Truman has 4 gaits - Flat Foot, Foxtrot, Running Walk, Canter (Lope). He has logged many, many trail miles and been ridden by novice, intermediate, and advanced riders. He has been ridden by kids and elderly alike and is a VERY safe horse.
He is old foundation bred for size, (15.1hh), substantial bone and healthy feet. Truman has a nice large hip and very relaxed, low headed demeanor which is great for trail riding or ranch work. His color on his registration papers is black bay but Truman is actually a very dark smokey black.
He does everything one could possibly want a horse to do. He loads, stands for the farrier, bathes, stands to mount. Truman will cross water, pony other horses, sort cattle, be a kid horse, husband horse, whatever you need! Truman is "The Real Deal!!!"
If there was ever a horse that is sure enough worth the money, it is Truman! You will not be disappointed!! His age and level of training make him the perfect candidate to be your trusted partner for many, many years. He is still in training with Summer Davis just outside Pea Ridge, AR so he will be even more polished by auction end!
