I have my 26 year old appendix gelding up for discussion, but I will be very picky about where he goes. You must have a vet reference to take this sweet guy home. Don’t let his age fool you, he loves running the barrel pattern. About a year ago I rescued him from a family member who wasn’t taking good care of him and he was 600lbs underweight. He suffered from EPM and cushings disease, after the best treatments he’s ready to fin a loving home.... (read more) I learned how to run barrels on this amazing guy, he’s very automatic. He would make an excellent high school rodeo horse or kids horse or give him a nice hone to retire, he follows you around like a puppy and won’t lift a leg for a fly. Before his EPM episode he was running solid 2D times and has the potential to run that again, he is currently getting put back into work and is running 19-20.
