This colt is sired by a few spotted leopard and out of a 16 hh red dun Quarter Horse. She was Rocky Mountain Champion mare many years ago as a yearling, but was retired early due to a serious leg injury. She has been used as brood mare for many years and has produced several colored foals for me since I acquired her several years ago. This colt has lots of potential, but most of all, he has color! I can't yet tell whether he will be a bay or buckskin.... (read more) He's for sale now with a deposit and available at weaning whether you choose to wean at four months or want to wait until six months.
I have been an occasional breeder for most of my life. Many of the horses I've bred I still own. I don't race or show and participated in the Chief Joseph's Trail Ride for the first time this year (2017). I'm mostly a homebody and prefer trail riding to competition.
