I'm looking for a good home for Tommy, a six-year-old, 16-hand chestnut with lots of chrome, which you can't see in the photo because it's overcast. He's a great trail horse, especially when riding with other horses. He has an extremely smooth gait, slow and fast, and a wonderful, rocking canter. He's affectionate, comes when I call, and likes to hang out in the company of people. He's extremely healthy, an easy keeper (you can see he's chubby and all he eats is grass), and he has strong, good feet.... (read more) He's up on all his vaccines, and he's been wormed within the last month. My only caution is that he was a stallion until recently, so he's strong-willed. He needs a firm but kind hand. And he doesn't have a big motor. If you're looking for an extremely fast gait, he's not it. I'd selling him only because I can't afford to board two horses. A good home is a must. Price is negotiable for a kind owner, and I'm selling with a contract.
