This Pony is SOLD- my acct. will not let me into my ads to delete it. Farkle is also sold.
I have two paint ponies for sale: $850 per Pony One is a mare "Chica" and the other for the moment a stud soon to be gelding "Farkle"
They are approx. 10h and almost an identicle match, age was estimated by their teeth to be Mare-going on 4 and Stud- 3 years old.
These ponies were in a herd of ponies I bought that were in a kill pen in Perkins (the rest of the herd were bred mares).... (read more) They are not foundered and have good feet, were given Exceed shots when I got them to prevent the sale barn cough, have been wormed and taken care of at my house since May.
These two ponies are awesome, I am trying to put a little weight back on them since they have been ridden so much they lost a few pounds, but are in great shape.
I am firm on the price due to the fact these are the kind of ponies I get asked for all the time! No bite, buck, kick, rear. No founder and Sweet natured. They are the kind that stand still and aren't excited all the time. I refer to these as my "toddler" type horses. The kind I like for parents to lead line little ones one and let them move up with them. I would have used these on my carousel if I still had it. I will make a package deal for both for $1600.
There is a difference in these two ponies: Chica you can rouse a little easier and get her to trot and canter by kicking her up, Farkle on the other had is very lazy and you probably need a little bit of encouragement to get him into a trot. A very little child my have a hard time getting him into more than a walk right now.
They directional reign only. Load, tie and are easy to catch. Don't mind dogs are get along with anything you put them in with. Big horses, babies, mules etc.
To help with size reference my daughter is 11 years old but very small and weighs about 75lbs. Anything under this should be fine for the ponies.
These are the first ponies I allowed my girls to ride down the road to my neighbors to give rides to their little kids. With all that said, feeding programs and weather always play a role in how a pony will act, so the future could change them a bit! lol
There is a craigs list ad on her with lots more pictures: Tulsa listing, Farm and Garden Section, pull up by name "Chica"
