Mr. T is a 12h, Bay gelding approx. 7 years old. There is no buck, bite, spook, rear, kick or has never been foundered. Is UTD on shots and wormed on 7/2/16. He feet are good but could be trimmed to smooth the edges.
Mr. T is a VERY stout Quarter pony, the size an adult could get on if you needed to to tune up. Not afraid of dogs, loads and ties and tacks great. You can spray him with fly spray and no running around trying to get away from it.... (read more) This pony has a lot of common sense.
He comes from the same family I recently bought "Pickles" and "Jack Jack"from. They used their ponies for pony parties and children, Mr. T has been at pony parties, been a hand lead pony with saddle for little kids. When I bought him he had put in with a stud and not messed with in over two months and we saddled him and got right on and led him around. He is calm and gets along with anything you put him in with. We will be working with him to get him riding independent but price will increase as he learns even more. He is the perfect size and temperament and could easily be taken on trail rides and led and to play days to be a lead line play day pony. (I would caution since he is just a lead line give him some time to get used to what ever activity you want to put him in and make sure since it might be new that he is OK) Hopefully we will have a few weeks with him to prepare him for just about anything.
He is a beautiful gelding with a QH hind quarters and soft eye.
If you follow my ads and don't want the "Shetland" or "mini" type he would be the kind. Wouldn't need a step up pony for a long time. A lot of my rodeo friends like this kind of pony. Call with questions.
