We've had Remington for 2 years..he's now a 7 yr old. And we love him (in no rush to sale). Purchased him for my husband who is a beginner. I ended up riding him the most. He's more for an advanced beginner/intermediate rider when you're out in the pasture/on trail. Will do anything asked of him. Doesn't fight. Beginner friendly in arena. Has been all over leatherwood, stone mountain and local trails with my husband as his rider and was great!... (read more) With my husband wanting to get into more cattle work, he needs an older more seasoned horse. Remington stands for everything (fabulous ground manners) trailers like a gem, isn't spooky, drags tires, logs, doesn't mind ropes all over him and around his legs. A little on the lazy side, I ride him with lite Spurs since he's still learning ... Canters without much effort however. Neck reins. Doesn't fight moving forward! Has been on two cattle drives and likes to move cows. Kids safe in the arena, would be a great little lesson horse. Ridden both western and English here by all ages. Collects up nice when pushed forward. Call for more info 336 416 9097, i have lots of pics! I'm happy to text more! Thank you!
