We have owned Sassy for 7 years. She has been used as a trail horse for our daughter. Sassy has been on many overnight trail rides and does great on the tie-line. She has been to Beaver Creek, Alum Creek, Hocking Hills and many more places. She crosses water, bridges, and obstacles with no issues. She has done some low level jumping and will jump logs on the trail when asked. Her canter is not finished and will take a lot of work-her canter is fast and unbalanced.... (read more) She will lead when trail riding but prefers middle or back. When my daughter rides her in the lead she will balk at certain obstacles that she has always done without hesitation when in middle or back but she remains level headed you just have to encourage her more to get her through the area(a beginner rider in the lead may have a difficult time getting her to go through the area-would be no problem for someone with experience). She is good for vet/farrier. She is one of the sweetest horses you will ever meet! For sale due to need to downsize our herd. She is also broke to cart but hasn't been hooked up since we bought her. I tried her out before we bought her and she was easy to drive(I had never driven before). I'm sure she would be fine for driving again with a refresher. Good home a must!
