Ringsaker Fjord and Miniature Horse Ranch and Resc

Here at Ringsaker we are a small Veteran owned horse ranch with big hearts and ideas. My husband and I are both AF vets with my husband from Desert Storm/Shield and myself from Iraqi Freedom . Here at Ringsaker we rescue and sometimes rehome the rescues. We have miniature horses and draft ponies and 6 horses that are used as therapy horses.
We are a breeding ranch, though I practice selective breeding and my mares will only have 1 foal every two years to allow for mums to heal before being in foal again.... (read more)

We love horses, believe that even if someone can't afford one they should still have access. Horses are such graceful and empathic creatures and just really want to love and be loved. Which is why we offer veterans and children to come and spend an hour with the horses for free.
