If you are interested in a horse, you must put a Non-Refundable down payment down. Paypal is my preferred way of deposit & must be sent with an extra 2.9% of the deposit price or pay via friends & family option with( no extra paypal charges).
Prepurchase exams are welcome & encouraged on any of my horses. Once prepurchase exam has been preformed & you decide you do not want to follow through with the purchase, all rights, records & x-rays will be released to me.
I'm sorry I have to be this way but a few bad people have crossed my path and my time is just as valuable as yours.
Starting horses and most ponys need to be at least 2 years old. I start by working them in the round pen getting their respect on the ground, despooking, and working on giving to pressure. Then comes the saddle, bridle and mounting. After I get the horse used to my cues, walk, trot, canter and whoa I then take them outside for exposure to the trails, traffic etc. The amount of outside ride experience depends on your horses quickness in learning, but I work with the horse every day usually giving them one day off a week. (This is all just a quick briefing. Ask me for more details)
Your horse must be up to date on vaccinations (at least EW&T), wormings, coggins, and hoof care. If your horse hasn't been wormed I will worm your horse and add it to the bill. All this is for the safety and good health of your horse as well as the other horses on the property. It is also recommended to have your horse's teeth floated. Wolf teeth cause problems as well as caps, hooks, and sharp teeth. When training I have a dentist that comes out and does an excellent job. Trainer: Lisa Weiss
