Kurtz Homestead

At Kurtz Homestead, we breed Percherons and Percheron crosses with a passion for producing kind, versatile horses. Located on 70 acres of scenic Northeastern Ohio farmland, our horses thrive on rotated pastures and are brought to the barn daily for grain.

By weaning age, our foals benefit from proper nutrition, daily handling, and attentive care, giving them a strong foundation to become lifelong partners. With all of our purebred mares standing under 17 hands, we focus on producing smaller, more versatile draft horses that excel in a variety of roles.
