Free Heart Stables is a boutique Hunter Jumper program offering lessons and training services in the Northern California area using natural horsemanship and classical dressage techniques to create relaxed, willing equine partners. We are located in Hollister, CA and will work with all ages, skill levels, and disciplines of riders. We specialize in colt starting, problem horses, and jumpers, but can help improve any horse's physical and mental way of going.

Free Heart Stables’ trainer Stephanie Walker offers comprehensive training programs for a wide variety of horses and needs. She has a background in natural horsemanship and classical dressage and has competed in Hunters, Equitation, Jumpers, Dressage, and Eventing. Stephanie has extensive experience working with young horses, starting horses, and working with horses exhibiting behavioral issues. She works with the horse in a kind, compassionate manner to create the trust and respect necessary for the horse to become a relaxed, willing partner. Her horses have a strong foundation on the ground and under saddle and learn to use themselves to the best of their ability making them both solid, reliable pleasure horses and competitive show horses. She is happy to help improve your horse's physical and mental way of going regardless of discipline.
