Dakota Duns Quarter Horses is operated by the family owned Hoffman Ranch in Bowdle, SD. We are dedicated AQHA breeders, raising top quality ranch, family, & performance bred horses built for a long day's rugged work as well as genetically tested breeding stock. We are particularly fond of primitive markings and our herd sires are homozygous for the "DUN" gene, (dun is believed to be the ancestral or wild type color of horses).
