Difficult Run Pony Club

Difficult Run Pony Club is one of the oldest pony clubs in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It was established November 8, 1968 as the Reston Pony Club, and became the Difficult Run Pony Club in 1975. Our members come from all over Northern Virginia including Reston, Great Falls, Fairfax, Haymarket, Clifton and more.
DRPC is one of nearly 500 pony clubs in the U.S. Pony Club whose mission is to "develop character, leadership, confidence and a sense of community in youth through a program that teaches the care of horses and ponies, riding and mounted sports".... DRPC membership is focused on three separate pillars: developing equestrian skills and knowledge, serving our community, and building friendships, while having fun doing it all!
