Please contact me if you would like to arrange a trial. For a trial, payment is due before saddle will be shipped. Shipping includes insurance. Once you receive the saddle, you have a period of 7 days to evaluate the saddle for your needs. If you decide that it is not exactly what you want, then you may return the saddle for a full refund of the saddle price less a 3% PayPal fee. There is no refund on shipping and insurance costs. When returning a saddle it is the buyer’s responsibility to insure the saddle for shipping. Any saddle lost or damaged in transit from the customer to us is the customer’s financial responsibility. Saddle must be returned clean and in the same condition it was received to obtain a refund.
