This is a well made saddle. It is a 12" seat. Black suede seat. It has the hoof pick holder on the saddle. Very nice basket weave tooling. Has horse hair tassles. Very cute saddle. Silver conchos. I have a 13h pony i sat this on and a 15.1h Quarter horse. So you could use for either.
