Dexter is a little bit geeky but a whole lot of fun. 14H Chestnut Welsh/Quarter Horse cross. He has shown up to 2'6" and schooled up to 2'9" at home. Walk, trot, canters happily in a frame. Leg yeilds, turn on the haunches and forehand. Has been doing flying changes for a few months. I've taken him to dressage and a bombproofing clinics with great success. Dexter enjoys attention and will come and meet you in the pasture when you go to catch him. Been trail ridden by a 5 year old beginner rider. Baths, clips and loads with no issues. He's the kind of guy that takes everything you throw at him in stride and rises to the occasion. Quiet enough for a beginner but I think an intermediate or more advanced rider would more fully enjoy him. Dexter is looking for a child to love him and have fun with.
