NOTE: Video has a MISTAKE. Laya is NOT the Grandaughter of Bask. She is the great grandaughter and great great grandaughter. Thanks for reading!
Great grandaughter of Bask--Leya is a registered half arabian / saddlebred (NSH) 6 year old mare residing in North Carolina. She has been strictly trail ridden and remained very sensitive to all cues and has never had a bit in her mouth. (So she has a soft mouth to work with.) She has not been trained for any specific discipline so she is free to go in any direction. Although she is 6 years old, I don't think she has been ridden more than 150 times since the start of her training and has already proven to be a great mount for the intermediate rider. Note: The only reason I am selling her is that she is, in a sense, buddy sour. When out of sight of the herd, she begins to spook at random objects: Red dirt, birds, shadows... I do not have time to work with her on this but she would make someone an awesome show or breeding prospect. Please do not be offended but I love this horse and have worked with her from the very beginning and I will only allow her to go to a home I approve. $2000 Mid North Carolina -- E-mail Emily at horsinaround519@yahooDOTcom
