I have a small adult Charles Owen JL9 vest for sale. I have literally worn it for one cross country schooling. I have never fallen in it. The vest proved to be too snug for me once I rode in it, but it's very comfortable, and I like it a lot more than the tipperary. I ended up going up to a medium, but I couldn't return the small.
