Double layer of air-flow (perforated) neoprene. Wide single fastener with tab provides large surface area for secure closure for easy on/off. Cut away design in front eliminates bulk in areas where it's not needed while still protecting sensitive coronary band. Raised bump inside keeps bell boots from turning.
