Stroking an animal helps us to think, to put things in perspective, see the small yet important things in life, and present a break from today’s hustle and bustle in the world.
Each session we will be focusing on building
*Self confidence/self esteem
*Trust
*Setting Boundaries
*Learning basic knowledge about horse, groom, hoof care, diet, lunging, saddling.
*Stress relief and relaxation techniques that help you to respond in a positive manor rather than react through your emotions.
Three requirements before we start
1st Proper attire, Jeans or long pants if you are sensitive to bugs
Cowboy boots, hiking boots and or tennis shoes.
