Description:
Riding Instructor position
An existing program is looking for a person who loves to teach and work with horses and people of all skill levels.
This is a full time teaching position. Responsibilities include teaching lessons-private, semi-private and groups of 4-6, growing the lesson program, with new ideas and classes, organizing a youth group, overseeing the care of lesson equipment and horses. Assisting with Lesson program activities such as schooling shows, fun days, holiday sessions etc.
Need an instructor who will taking an interest in all students from those interested in showing to students who want to ride for recreation.
Preferably worked 3 years with a professional horse trainer or instructor.
Work 5 ½ days a week
Must work weekends, evening and some holidays.
Program currently consist of 12 lessons horses/ponies.
Our primary interest is in Morgan Horses.
Base salary, plus Commissions,

Wichita Riding Academy, Inc. - Boarding, Training, Lessons, Showing,
Wichita Riding Academy, Inc. is a full service equine facility. We have an indoor and two outdoor arenas. Three round pens, Indoor and Outdoor washracks.
Boarding is available in the barn, pasture or lots.
Tack lockers are available, plenty of trailer parking and areas to ride outside of the arena. Staff lives on the property.
