Riceland Farms in Rockford,IL. 61101 is offering someone with 3 to 5 horses the opportunity to rent a private Self Care facility capable of 5 horses max. My facility is on my personal home residence, which consists of a cement block building that has currently 4 stalls with space for 2 more to build if needed, it has all new electric, water,and newer roof, walls are insulated.
there are 2 good size pastures both with access to water and electric, one has a double shelter, there are 2 smaller pastures,in total there is approx. 4.3 acres of pasture space,also a small out door riding areana....and parking for trailer if needed, there are plenty of local farmers to buy hay from if needed, and within 7 miles of trails at Lockwood park.....
complete access to your own self care private facility for $750.00 a month, which includes all water and electric . renting my facility will insure your satisfaction of your horses not getting beat up by anybody elses, only yours will be here
$750.00 for 5 horses
$660.00 for 4 horses
$575.00 for 1 to 3 horses
a deposit of $500 will be needed, refundable at time of leaving property, if no damage has been caused
rent is due on the first of every month
