At BVEC horses come first. All aspects of care and facility renovations are centered around the comfort and well-being of our residents. Horses have access to quality hay and water 24/7. Each aisle has heat. All stalls have two water buckets filled numerous times a day and hay bags, changed out whenever they are empty.... (read more) Stalls are also bedded generously. Horses are turned out for eight- nine hours a day, weather permitting and indoor arena is provided when it is raining or snowing.
Many exciting improvements are being made to the property daily. Currently, the roof is being re-done. Once the roof is finished work, we will begin upgrading the arena base and footing, changing over the paddock footing from dirt to all weather limestone, the fencing will be upgraded and grass pastures will be seeded and ready for turnout. The aisles, office, viewing room, and bathroom are heated and we have a hot and cold water indoor wash rack. The barn is located on the Bull Valley trail system and boarding at this facility allows riders to join the Bull Valley Riding Club.
Training in dressage and western dressage for all ages and levels of horses and riders is offered by Patti Gruber. She attends both schooling and recognized shows for dressage and western dressage.
