Freedom Performance Horses, Ltd is now accepting new riding students and horses for training. Limited opens are available, so please call to schedule today!
We offer instructional trail rides/barrel lesson/gaited horse lessons/beginner, intermediate, and advanced riding lessons. We evaluate your skill level and try to match you to the horse most suitable for your level of riding, i.e., beginner, intermediate, or advanced. We also determine the style of riding you would prefer, as well as the size and make of saddle (English saddleseat, huntseat, bareback or western stockseat) you will be most happy and comfortable with. Of course, you are more then welcome to bring your own horse and tack if you would prefer!
We offer group or private lessons/trail rides for people of ALL ages! We have taken as young as 3 and as old as 74 out! You DO NOT need to own a horse to participate in our lesson program or trail rides - We have various horses available for our clients. But you are welcome to bring your own horse if you wish.
When breaking a horse or working with 'problem horses', we use Natural Horsemanship only. We can train horses for Western, Saddleseat, English, Huntseat, & bareback. We work directly with the owner of the horse and teach you how to ride and become more familiar and bond with your animal.
We have three separate trails for our clients to choose from - the red trail, the white trail and the creek trail.
~The red trail takes about 4.5 to 5.5 hours to complete at a walking speed. This trail would be best suited for riders who want an all day riding experience!
~The white trail takes about 2.5 to 3.5 hours to complete at walking speed and is well suited for people who are new to riding, or just would like to see the sites in the Battlefield.
~The creek trail consists of a quarter of the red trail, then crossing a 5 foot deep creek and continuing on a circle loop trail. You will cross the creek again on the way back to the trailer. This trail is best suited for people who just wish to enjoy some time on a horse, nothing too serious, just fun. We have a very deep creek sometimes, so bring a swimsuit if you wish to go swimming with your horse!! There is no time limit on your ride.
You will be charged a flat rate based on which trail you pick, regardless of age, or the time length of your ride. If no other reservations are booked behind you, you may often ride longer with no additional charges.
Red Trail - $50 per person
White Trail - $30 per person
Farm Trail - $25 per person
$30 per hour or you can buy 10 lessons at a time for $250. (Saving you $ over the course of the ten lessons). Lessons can be scheduled one per week, or you can do all ten consecutively. If no other lessons are scheduled behind yours, you may often ride longer with no additional charges.
You are welcome to call for details or further questions. Feel free to call/text Charlye at (706) 934-8622 or email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org. We are open daily 7 days a week year around -- even holidays!!
