Property features:
* A covered arena
* A large barn with nice 12 x 12 stalls
* Tack room
* Large turn outs with minimal mud
* Grass pastures, horses can be out on pasture all day during the summer season and in very large turnouts during the winter season,
* Will be put in stalls at night and when it is horrible outside.
* Feed is orchard grass hay, grain, and pasture. (Will work with owners on a specialized feeding program if needed.)
* Fly spray, masks and blankets as put on as needed.
