Our small facility includes an 8 stall barn with 2 stall small barn, hot water tank with wash area, tack rooms, and stalls have rubber mats. New Zealand style coated electric fencing...rated one of the safest electric fencing options available in the horse world. High tensile strength can withstand over 5,000 lbs pressure, highly visible, and secure. Dry pastures measure 56 x 400 feet with plenty of grazing. More than enough space for daily turnout for one or two horses. Group turnout also available on two separate pastures of 4 acres each. 60 foot round pen fantastic for trailer training, ground work, and de-sensitizing for trails. Trails on site: 12 acres of groomed trails, securely fenced, and limbed trees for a safe riding experience. Bathroom on site. No stallions.
Full-care services includes turn out/in, daily stall cleaning with wood pellet bedding, 2 flakes hay of your choice (alfalfa or timothy), daily attire of blankets/fly masks. Grain and supplements provided by owner. Extra services include: multiple changing of blankets in the evening, blanket washing, grooming, hoof cleaning, bathing, exercising, standing with ferrier, and transportation.
