Gaited Mare 9 yr old sound to ride or breed

Her price is O.B.O. in this economy. She is broke to ride & rides western & could go english. I rescued this mare approx 6 months back & she has come back really nice. She stands approx 14.3 hds, Has a nice flaxen mane & thick flaxen & sorrel trail, has had 1 foal that I know of, wears size 0 shoe or boot, has nice hard feet that out in my pasture/paddock ( is very hilly/sandy/rocky ) her feet wear them selfs down & only need a lil bit of filing of toes to stay at a good length. (I don't know how her feet would wear if she were in a flat dirt stall/paddock ) , She is broke to ride , she direct reins not neck rein, I used a short Tom Thom brass mouth, I believe she would work OK in a D or O snaffle, She was here approx. 4 months before I saddled & mounted her & she just stood there for mounting & didn't move until I told her to. I didn't want to ride her a lot as I am too big/heavy for her slender build. So She's one of those well sought after horses that can stand for months brought out saddled up & rode off.
