Flashy, Sweet Paint Mare for Lease

Memory (also known as Memo) is a wonderful pony! She is 14.2 hands and 12 years old. Memo walks, trots, canters, and loves to jump. She has been shown and has been used to teach advanced beginner riding lessons. I am trying to lease Memo because I just started graduate school and do not have time to work with her. She is very sweet and a lot of fun. I would like her to stay at our property in Bristow, Virginia and am asking $200 or best offer per month to lease her (there are no other costs).
