12 Y/o, Western Pleasure Show Gelding, Very Quiet

Mr Coosa Mist is an amazing pleasure show horse for someone who is getting into showing or someone who has lots of show experience. He is very flashy and is guaranteed to place in the top of the class in western pleasure and does well in the english classes as well. He is 15.2H or so (haven't measured him exactly yet). He is extrememly quiet and does exactly what he is asked. He is very smooth at all his gaits and has been a show horse most of his life. He has done well for me in shows and has placed in most of the classes I have taken him in. He has also done excellent in trail classes as he is quiet and very responsive to his rider. We have experimented with some gymkhana as well and he did well. He seemed to enjoy the games but was not extremely fast. He has been taken on trails and seems to enjoy them. He is a very trustworthy horse for a young or beginner rider although could do very well for an experienced rider interested in showing. He trailers well, good for ferrier, up to date on shots and deworming. He is quiet for bathing and clipping. This horse can side pass, turn on haunches and forehand. He transitions smoothly in all his gaits. He is very responsive to leg and voice cues. He has been taken over jumps for fun and has been ridden bareback (in a halter and lead). He is great with other horses but seems to be at the top of the rank. I am having a hard time selling this horse as he has done me well and been the perfect horse for me. I am looking to sell him to a good home where he will be a great horse for someone else. I am selling him because I am looking to buy another horse to do more cattle work where I can explore different areas of riding. I can't afford to keep two horses.
