Colonel is a nice, safe beginner's horse. I cannot say enough good things about him. He walks, jogs and lopes. Has been used in a lesson program for a year now. You can stand on his back and he just stands there. Blacksmith has ridden him around our ring sitting backwards and cantering. We just have too many horses, and must cut down. He's one of our best, so we're offering him at our cost. Lots of good years left in him. I would not hesitate to ride him to town and back. No vices. Our 6 year old daughter rides and shows him. Good for adults as well. Well mannered!
