Here is a nice young mare with an outstanding pedigree. She is an own daughter of Peppys San Two (by Peppy San) who has Life Time Earnings of $34,133 NCHA. We are asking less than the last breeding fee on Peppys San Two before he died. She is a granddaughter of the legendary Peppy San, NCHA World Champion, born in 1959 so there aren't many granddaughters this young around. Smart Little Lena is grandson of Peppy San but he was born in 1979. Peppy San isn't the first horse to claim the NCHA World Championship, but he is the first NCHA World Champion to sire a World Champion, and the only other horse to claim that is his full brother Mr San Peppy, sire of Peppy San Badger. Peppy San was ridden by Matlock Rose and earned nearly $50,000 NCHA and had 26 halter and 180 performance points and is in the Hall of Fame. Our mare's dam is an own daughter of Freckles Hustler who has won $66,746 NCHA (That's more than his better known full brother Freckles Playboy earner of $59,976 NCHA). Hustler's offspring have earnings over $400,000. Peppy has a 2009 horse colt at her side by a Red Dun son of The Ole Man. The foal has Three Bars and Peppy San on his papers and I don't think you will find many foals born in 2009 with the old breeding that this foal has on his papers.
