Would require a advanced rider as she is young and has a lot of spirit. Has great potentail. Bathes, clips, loads, shoes well. Very fancy. Has won money classes.

Sandlot Farms is located on 22 Arces of trail, barns, arenas, turnouts and our house. We have 3 barns for different uses. We have 2 indoor arenas for jumping and dressage. Outside we have a cross country cross, and 1 dressage arena and a jumping ring. We have wash stalls and a trailer parking. The stalls are cleaned and very nice. The turnouts are large and we have dirt and grass. A website is coming soon.
