"Boss" is a well broke 10 yr old gelding. He has wonderful ground manners and does well for the vet and farrier. He has been in parades, was used as a 4H horse and been to other events and expos. He was started on jumps and is a big powerful horse. He has never bite, stuck, kicked, bucked or even humped up on me. He does need an intermediate to experienced rider. He is gentle with kids but beginners are usually not assertive enough. He will work very hard for you but he will test and do what he likes if allowed to get away with it. Hence my kids (beginners) end up hanging out near the barn. Again, he is gentle I trust him with the kids on him but he knows what he can get away with. His sire is a homozygous black tobiano double registered with PtHA and APHA, the dam was a beautiful black mustang. I can't say enough about this horse but we need to reduce our herd and are looking for an easier ride for the boys to learn on. Boss needs a home with a steady job!!
