Roo is a 3 year old Welsh Pony/ Appendix cross pony. He will mature to a large pony and is currently 14.1h, he was measured on 7/1/08. He is sound, completely bombproof and an easy keeper. He is up to date on all shots and worming. Roo is very sweet and loves to cuddle and be groomed. He has a lovely stride and loves to jump. He is very smart and learns quickly, he has beginners to intermediate riders on him without any issue. He is lightly used in our lesson program. He happily goes with a light contact or on a loose rein. He has a steady canter, not your typical quick pony stride. He has started to learn to come round into a frame, trail rides alone or with company, walks through puddles no problem. He stands for the farrier, gets his mane pulled, bathes and clips with no issues. He trailers perfectly, walks on and off like a seasoned pro. Anyone looking for a super fancy large pony with excellent conformation, he is it. He will be winning at anything he ends up doing in the near future. His price will increase with his training and as he starts to get more exposure off the farm.
