Anyone that can sit on a chair can ride this gelding...This sweet guy is pushbutton - neither timid, nor aggressive - a safe, dependable trail mount! You will never meet a more willing trail friend than "Mac"...and What a beauty!! This exquisite, 15.1h, 7yo golden champagne gelding will not blend in with the crowd! Stocky, well-muscled body, glistening golden coat with snow white mane and tail, pretty head and ears, and he moves with such style that makes everyone in sight take notice, however, his true beauty lies in his wonderful, willing attitude! He is well trained, gentle and searching for a life-long friend to share long, quiet days on the trail with him. He is smooth and consistent in his gait, with excellent ground manners. He has a soft and responsive mouth and answers to simple voice commands! He has been ridden by adults and many children, miles of trails, all types of terrain. He is not easily upset by anything and very willing to please his rider...and SOOO smart! You cannot help but LOVE a horse with such a gentle soul and great attitude. This gelding will go wherever you point his nose...VERY willing to please...ask him and he will not disappoint you...a true JOY to ride! He is VERY cautious with his timid riders (as seen with my 9yo daughter in photos), but even the most advanced rider will enjoy this gorgeous fella. He is safe, safe, safe…a great confidence building horse for a timid rider. He would also be great for someone who rides with non-gaited friends, as he is not too "hot" to "plod along" with his pals, content to walk along enjoying the scenery all day, if desired! He can shift effortlessly into a smooth, easy canter and back down to a walk...easy to ride...great for someone new to gaited horses! He has been deep in the woods, down the road-side, with dogs, other livestock and thru very rough terrain...up and down steep inclines, across wooden bridges, splashing thru deep waters...always willing and ready to go again...he will carry you anywhere you want to...super willing attitude! Will ride out alone or with a crowd. Perfect ground manners, trailers, loads/unloads, stands tied, cross-ties, stands for farrier, clips, grooms, bathes, stands to mount/dismount.
