Flashy, Great Disposition, Paint Stallion, Gelding Pros

Gunner is a great minded, flashy, intelligent colt. We purchased him as a possible stud prospect, but decided that we are not going in that direction after all. He is a quick learner and his disposition is really out of this world. He has been next to mares, geldings and even another stallion and yet he is behaved. He is gentle, loving and beautiful to look at! He had been hurt in the trailer the day before we got him. Not sure what exactly happened, but the previous owner said it was his first trailer experience in a stock trailer with other horses. It was not a open cut injury, seemed to be more of a pulled some muscle. They had also "quick cut" his hooves, so he has been healing for several months. Seems to be walking just fine now. Our vet did evaluate him and only felt that the quick cut was the problem. Hooves have finally grown out.
