Dixie is a speed little mare who was originally broke out as a reining horse. she still remembers her basic reining skills and we have been using them to mold her into a speed horse for a 4h kid, and she has been doing well. she is a little on the short side, but dont let that fool you, she still runs with the big ones. she stands fine for baths and clipping, and trailers quite well. she is a great horse for an intermediate rider.
