Fortin is the real deal. If you are looking for a head horse, then take a good look at him. He is a completely automatic, quick and smooth, and an excellent head horse for any level, from a novice to a pro. He will not get outrun. He is strong out of the box and runs true. He is a 14 year old grey gelding and is extremely broke. He grew up on a large ranch and has done everything-doctoring and moving cattle, dragging calves to the fire, starting young colts. He is out of the old foundation bred stallion Savannah Bid, with heavy bone and the biggest, nicest hip you have ever seen. Fortin is 15.1 and easily weighs 1200 pounds. There is not a bull that he can't pull, and he will track a steer and put you EXACTLY where you need to be every time! He can pull the heavy steers all day long and is very forgiving with a novice rider on his back. He is steady in the box and very quiet after the first or the 20th run. He is excellent indoors or out. He loves to work and will go all day long. He is all heart and has no quit in him. 100% sound.
