Neck reins and leg trained. Western pleasure and trail riding horse. Excellent in the mountains! On extremely steep mountain climbs, narrow trails and slick/wet trails I drop the reins!! Grandchildren and very inexprerienced riders ride him. Almost nothing frightens him. Crosses water, bridges, embankments, etc... Have herded yearling cattle with him twice and he did very well with the cattle. He is current on all shots (inc.West Nile), worming and had teeth floated 5/07. He is a dream to shoe and trim. You can always walk right up to him in a pasture. Has been hobbled and line tied. Have had him on wagon train ride and mules and wagons do not phase him.
