Calm, Easy Going, Beautiful Canter Scooter is a wonderful horse, not the most motivated horse in the world. He is a bit lazy. He will let you do almost anything to him. He goes without being ridden for months, then someone gets the itch to ride, hops on him bareback with a halter, and he is quiet, listens and moves beautifully. My daughter used him to teach. He is patient and tolerant. Very sweet to new horses. Scooter sustained a serious injury on his right hind flank in March 2006. Our stallion got loose and bit Scooter. He is fine now, and moves great, but he does have a scar. Scooter is completely sound. Scooter needs another girl to love on him! Sadly, my daughters no longer ride. Call or e-mail me with an offer!
