Shown and trail ridden successfully this year by 15 year old advanced beginner rider. Great on trails, not spooky, crosses logs, water, mud. Has been trail riding at Brown County, Midwest and Deam Lake.
She also rode him in a 4th July parade. He rides out away from the barn by himself.
Training: obstacle desensitizing training, Walk/trot 4-H classes, professional training in past years
Health: no known health issues, vaccinations up to date, stands for vet and farrier, ridden barefoot this year but I have had him shod without a problem.... (read more) He has had regular farrier care every 6 weeks.
Temperament: Easy to catch, likes people, gets along well with other horses. Currently he is pastured with another horse and pony. He is in the middle of herd status. He sometimes gets nervous being cinched up. He is fine to clip bridle path and muzzle. He stands well to bathe, farrier and vet. Trail Riding: He is steady on the trails crossing water, mud and logs. He can lead, stay in back, or go in the middle. He is best suited for trail riding and did well in 4-H this year with first places in walk/trot barrels, poles, Western Pleasure walk/trot first year members and walk/trot trail class. $1000 317-370-7187 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
