Ollie is a very people-oriented horse; he is the first horse to greet anyone who walks into his pasture. He is not a spooky horse at all, and once you have his respect, Ollie is a really fun horse to ride. He has a tendency to become buddy sour, but is cured of that by simply separating him from his "buddy" for a few days or rotating his pasture.
