YES HIS PLACEMENT FEE IS ONLY $1.00 but you are welcome to make a larger donation to our program. 5 y/o stands around 15.2 hands. Gets fluid build up in the tendon Sheath around the knee. Needs to be drained on occasion. Adoption fee $1.00 Companion Sound w/ lifetime return guarantee. Very timid in the pasture but he is an absolute sweetheart around people. He is very easy to work around and has excellent ground manners. Would make a great companion horse or something that children can easily work around. You will not find a sweeter fellow than this guy right here! A barn favorite and he will return to our program if for any reason you cannot keep him.
Update: We found an absses on his hoof that was causing the pain and his limp. It has been drained and is healing nicely but he's going to be tender on that hoof for quite awhile. This was causing most of the pain. His knee needs to be drained every 2 to 3 weeks we've found. He gets 2 different fluid pockets that need to be monitored. This boy has more heart that any horse i've ever seen and is the sweetest fellow. He deserves a good home preferably with children who can give him love and attention and an occasional ride around the yard. He MAY be able to be ridden by a light child but would have to be okayed by a vet first.
