Simon is a 10 yr old Hanoverian Thoroughbred cross standing at 16.3 hh. He used to be a jumper, foxhunter, and has past dressage experience. Due to an old injury prior to when we purchased him he is no longer rideable. The injury affects his left front knee and he now has degenerative joint disease. He would be wonderful for a companion horse. Simon is VERY lovable and loves any kind of attention, he has good ground manners, and loves to be brushed. He is like a giant puppy dog and is very gentle, so don't be intiminated by his size! He may be sound for the small grandchildren to be led around on every once in a while, but no extensive riding.
