Rocky is a sweet boy with a huge personality. He's really playful, loves his little girls that groom and ride him. He was originally trained in dressage, does a little jumping, and loves trail riding. He's 11 years old and is part of my lesson program, but I think he really wants a little girl all to himself or just one person to love on him. He can be a bit of a handful for a timid rider, but he never aims to hurt. He just likes to get his way, which is why he needs an intermediate to advanced rider.
I haven't had the time for him recently so he hasn't been being worked like he should be. But with some time and patience he'll get all that muscle back.
The price is slightly negotiable and meant to deter the unprepared horse owner and/or possible slaughter buyers.
I can ship for you for the price of fuel within a reasonable distance. No more than about 100 miles. Unless it's in the central fl area where I have some family I can visit with :)

Cf Dressage -
CF. is an abbreviation for the Latin word confer, literally meaning "bring together". We strive to bring together horse and rider in such a way that makes every ride joyful for all participants. The foundation of our riding theory is deep-seeded in a combination of Classical Dressage and Centered Riding. We believe that EVERY rider can benefit from this foundation and once mastered, can take that knowledge anywhere (Jumping, eventing, hunter, polo, western, etc.)
To do this, we must create “thinking riders”. Why? How? When? These are the questions we will ask to make the rider more aware of everything going on around them (including the horse under them!). We will introduce theory into our riding instruction that has the rider understanding why it is we do something a certain way or what mistake was made that caused the horse to react in that way. The rider will understand the biomechanics of the horse and what makes them tic and how we can use that knowledge to make every ride an enjoyable experience.
