Additional Comments:
SALE PENDING Jaguars Easy Twist, barn name Bosco is a 4 year old AQHA Grulla gelding. Bosco is still shedding his winter coat in the pictures. He is quite an exquisite colored grulla with very definate tiger striping on the legs, the dark dorsal stripe and the striping on the ears.We have had Bosco since he was 1. We have so far put over 60 days of professional training on him. As a 3 year old ,late last fall, we put him on a couple trail rides. We ponied when he was younger and he did great. He also went on an overnight trail ride late last fall and did perfect for tying and riding and crossing water, mud, etc. Throughout the winter we have worked on him in the indoor arena with desensitization, lounging, standing while being mounted etc. We have put a lot of time into desensitization with him getting used to bags, tarps, water noodles, guns, milkjugs, etc... etc... etc... He does great for trimming hairs, and is good for vaccinations, and farrier work. Bosco is up to date on all of his shots: flu-rhino, ewet, west nile, Rabies, Potomac, EPM(except this year on EPM) and was just tubewormed this spring. He is pasted in between the two tubewormings twice a year. Bosco has been doing pretty good with leads, walk trot and canter but still has a little ways to go on his head set, and giving to the bit. We have just started working that. He is voice command on walk trot canter and whoa. he is also working on backing and we have just started him sidepassing to the right. Overall, we believe this horse will have a lot of potential. He is a typical gelding still young in his brain but really coming along well. He will be a great horse in the future, but right now, as he is still young, he needs an experienced rider to finish his training. We are selling him (husbands horse :) ) because we are doing our best to get our herd count down to 4 horses. He is number 5 on our favorite choices and we have struggled with letting him go, but have decided to do so. Having 2 little kids makes it difficult to work that many horses as they should be, so we are ready to part with our very handsome young guy, Bosco. Bosco is quite friendly and very easy to catch. He is very quite when you do ground work with him. He really carries his back end under him well and is good at stopping. and does have reining bloodlines in him. He is currently about 14.3 hh but has not matured fully into his body at this point
