Majestic is one of our own “keeper” horses we RARELY offer for sale.
He was imported in Feb of 2004 from Denmark. We searched all over Holland for the very BEST friesians to import, and the best one we found was located inn Denmark! Since we cannot pronounce his registered name [Up-t 'fan Panhueys], this gorgeous boy’s barn name is “Majestic”.
Majestic is a rare fairytale STER Gelding. He was selected as an FPS/FHANA provisionally Approved Stallion at the Sept 2004 keuring [see the story on our website], and became a STER stallion and Champion Stallion of the keuring, and was headed to the Central Inspection, until he fell ÂĽ of an inch too short of the FPS/FHANA height requirement (Our loss is YOUR gain!). His bloodlines are SUPERB: mother is STER+PREF, Grandmother is STER+PREF, Great Grandmothr is STER+PREF, and Great Great Grandmother is STER. Majestic's birthday is Apr 14, 1998, reg # 199811981.
Majestic is now a gelding and has an enviable show record, winning blues at every single “A” USA Equestrian Show he has attended!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this is one VERSATILE boy, he was crowned Dressage Suitability Champion at the U.P.H.A. Woodside Horse Show, as well as a coveted win in the Novice Friesian under Saddle class at the Monterey Springfest Horse Show. This gorgeous 10 yr old STER Gelding won the Friesian Pleasure Saddle Junior/Limit Horse class with Janna AND he beat his barn mates in the championship at the Woodside /UPHA Chapter 1 Show. Majestic was AGAIN wearing the roses, as the Amateur Friesian under Saddle Open and Grand Champion at the Del Mar Charity Fair. At the Santa Barbara Show, the stunning Anton son competed against 11 other Friesians to win the Friesian under Saddle Walk and Trot class. And in the Amateur Friesian Under Saddle class, all three of BSF's show horses were in the large class, and Majestic was the winner, with Sterling and Blu coming in 3rd, and Stormy and Julia a close 4th. He then went to Salem, Oregon, where the audience went absolutely WILD for this long haired fairytale horse, with a heart of gold. With Majestic’s laid back style, we weren't sure how he would fair in the Amateur Open English Pleasure, against other breeds. Majestic AGAIN came out on top, he won! In the Amateur Friesian Under saddle class, he again left the ring with the blue ribbon hanging from his browband. This long haired beauty had quite a fan club coming to pet him after each class he won in Oregon. Majestic's championship followed, he sure was the CROWD'S favorite!! Majestic left the Am. Friesian Under Saddle Championship with roses around his neck, a long tri-color ribbon hanging from his bridle, and a gorgeous new leather halter being carried out by his rider.
To show his versatility, Majestic wowed the crowds and put on an incredible exhibition with another Friesian stallion at Dressage in the Wine Country.
The difficult decision to sell Majestic was made so that Janna has more time to concentrate on her new show “prospect”, Ate’. Besides, Majestic has already won everything on the west coast! A TOP dressage or saddleseat horse in every way, Majestic is trained well for carriage driving, and is excellent in Pairs and 4-in hand. He is a kitten to handle, VERY appropriate for a scared or timid person, because he is so gentle! We frequently ride Majestic bareback! We have NEVER seen Majestic even remotely spook or spin or take off, no vices whatsoever. NONE. While we have used Majestic as a show and exhibition horse, he is truly a gem of a pleasure/trail horse.
Majestic is a REPLICA of his daddy, the #3 performance producer in the world, Anton, who reportedly sold for 2 million euros. Majestic’s mane is already to his KNEES, and will be to the ground within the next few years. Majestic has clean x-rays taken in feb 2008, and is ready to win for you.
Majestic is a once in a lifetime friesian, rarely available, with an unmatched show record indicating not only is this boy gorgeous, he can PERFORM, and WIN. The Judges, and audiences LOVE him. Our family loves him.
